Dr. Finkelstein earned his D.P.M. degree from the California School of Podiatric Medicine in 1984 and completed his foot surgery residency at Jerry L. Pettis Veterans Administration Hospital in Loma Linda, CA. Born and raised in Tonawanda, NY, Dr. Finkelstein has been in practice since 1986.

Dr. Maulucci is a 1985 graduate of the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. She received her residency training in foot surgery at Oxford Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Maulucci has been in private practice in her native Buffalo, NY since 1986.
